My first choice would be Crillon but I am not sure your kids are old enough to appreciate it. My second choice is perhaps a surprise: the Park Hyatt Vendome. Really beautifully done, and modern construction has many advantages over the older luxury hotels. Half the price of the Crillon or George V and maybe better for your needs (and in many ways just as nice).
