The axp prepaids in my name were shutdown back in 2016, all other accounts I manage for family members have not been shutdown. Since last year, I know that axp has allowed up to five of either Serve or BB under one SSN; it's just a matter of knowing how to manage these accounts. As of Jan 2018, they have stopped registration of new oneVIPs but the active cards continue to work. This is my last reply on this, we can now go back to regular discussion of MOs at WM : )
