I wonder if they would ever change the Oneworld rule to be that you must go to the designated lounge of the airline you are flying. So if you are flying QR out of HKG you’ll have to go to the Plaza Premium lounge.
But then CX and other airlines would miss that revenue so unlikely they’ll agree to that.
Yes, I think that'd be a rather contentious change, especially for airlines which make a nice profit from the premium passengers of other airlines (hello, CX LHR, how are those BA-to-CX and QF-to-CX billings going? Still super healthy?)
