I purchase them. These are not illeagal torrent or virus laden movies. Many are older movies or series. Many are documentaries, educational and some are foreign films that are difficult to locate at other, more well know movie sites.)
If concerned, don't use the service. Its been online store the same website for ten years.
Downloading media from MovieBerry.com is illegal in the US for the vast majority of content it offers. If you're comfortable with that, go for it. But don't say you haven't been warned.

Apple, NetFlix, Amazon, Vudu and a few others have agreements (and DRM) in place that allow them to provide content from various studios/distributors. Ukraine-based MovieBerry does not, for the US and many other countries. It's only legal under laws specific to that country.
