Might be a silly question, but i can't easily find the answer: I have booked PHL --> HKG return in a couple months, with confirmed at booking SWU.
They now show as 'Used' in my account (even though not yet flown). Is that the way it should show?

Another note ... if you cancel (or change*) the booking, you will get your SWUs back. I often use expertflyer.com to determine what flights/dates will clear before I make my booking, lock the flight in and then plan my trip around the dates when the SWU upgrades are available.
* assuming you can't upgrade the change.
