As a lowly silver wasn't going to get the upgrade from MCO-IAD. Was offered upgrade for $119 at check-in (fare difference) and didn't bite.

Checked a few hours ago with just 2 seats left in F (I was #10 on the UG list) and took the offer for $69. Didn't end up getting any additional PQM/PQD's - I guess this was a true TOD offer.
