If you're talking about UA's "security" questions, while there is some debate the consensus is that those lower security rather than improving it. They're especially stupid versions of security questions too since the questions are fixed and so are the answers (you can't even type in your own, which defeats my usual strategy of making up a random string of letters in LastPass and using that as my security answers)

As an aside, I do like that the UA app enables fingerprint auth on their mobile app.
