Sorry for being late with answering, adaption from paradise to real world took quite some time.
Arriving back home from CR always feels like beeing woken up in the middle of the nicest dream...
Fisherman BBQ
I better let you know that I'm not a huge fan of buffets in genereral, so there might be some bias in my opinion.
Location is great, service attentive and very friendly, food is good (by buffet standards) and you can feed up yourself almost to death.
For what the name stands for, it's definetely up to that. Fish and seafood - all you can eat.
They have meat options there as well, which we didn't try.
Nice variety of starters including oysters, crab legs, sashimi and lobster tails. For main they put a market style show boat in the centre, where you can choose from your favourites, they grill it on the BBQ and it will be delivered to your table, no need to wait there. You can order as many lobsters as you like, if you want to, and get real value out of that.
(btw, I was told that at "Lobster & Champagne Dinner" the other week one guy managed to eat 32 pieces, which equals 16(!!) whole lobsters

)
Keep in mind, the buffet will set you back around $ 290 pp (service+tax included), drinks are included though. If you don't drink alcohol, you still will be charged the same amount.
So if you put value for money first, you'd be better off spending that amount (or most probably less) on a very nice à-la-carte dinner, especially if not drinking wine or beer.
But if you're hungry and really into fish and seafood, drink a few glasses (or bottles

) of wine, wanna have dinner at a very nice location or if money isn't your first thought, then definitely go for it!
