Ask the airlines, they will tell you they use them to their best advantage by limiting the availability of awards etc. and making it more difficult to book awards.

OK only kidding have had great luck with C class awards over the pond to Mickey Mouse land, Vegas, Toronto, LAX, SFO for the family (most ever 7 at same time in C class).
