I can't recall if you have NEXUS and will get PreCheck, but I wouldn't "arrive at the airport later than usual" if there is any concern that you might be delayed in a 45 minute security line. There are just two TSA bottlenecks to screen ALL those people that have been in town for theme parks and cruises and conventions as well as the usual people arriving and leaving for family and business travel. There is a decent food court for the general public with a lovely aquarium and some okay window shopping landslide, and airside toward ACr gates, there are some restaurants and of course the Pinkberry.
