I live in the US. I have linked my AMEX MR with ANA and I also created a ANA account for my wife.
Now if I want to book an award flight for my wife, what's the best way?

Is there a way to transfer miles to my ANA account and make my wife use them?
Do I have to create the family account service and use 2000 miles (1k / person) to be able to do that?

Or is it possible to book directly a flight from my ANA account in her name?
