I had one of the tastiest meals on my last trip to Thailand on Malaysia Airlines, flying in Y; a beef curry with rice and vegetables, made with coconut milk and lemon grass and very spicy. Come to think of it, I also had a very tasty chicken, rice, and plaintain dish on BA also in Y on a return flight from ACC. This dish was very very spicy and I wonder how many people could tolerate the spice.
But mostly, I would prefer healthier food with less stodge.
