Good thread. I don't see that much wrong with the current food conceptually but I'd want to see the quality increased, the amount of ingredients reduced, reduced cooking times, plating and simpler descriptions. My dream CW menu:
British mozzarella, radicchio and breadcrumbs
Potted brown shrimp
Smoked trout colcannon
Beef cheek and carrot pudding with creamed spinach
Ricotta and nettle tortellini
Chard, smoked chicken and goat's curd salad
Rhubarb steamed pudding and custard
Trifle
British cheese
