You were going to ask the staff at the Hale Koa if outsiders (not military, not hotel guests) were allowed to use the restaurants, specifically the snack bar. Did you ask? What did they say?

I have not been there for years visiting some friends that I served with. Never the less I remember being there and it was kept secure so we could have as stress free "vacation" as possible.
