THIS WHOLE ASSEMBLY HAS TO GO into the oven for heating and when you unpack (yourself!) to eat, you have a hot nan (initially feeling a little watery, though that'll go away within 10-15 seconds), and a nice rice with sauce meal (without being dried out).
What seems to have happened for you is, they removed the alu foil and the nan and put the dish with lid in the oven. Than you get moisture/steam leakage and the rice dries out. And the nan is simply not sufficiently prepared (ie hard/chewy, effectively uncooked, half raw)......
whole entree
outer foil lid removed with naan on top
inner foil wrap removed
To be honest, the JCL HNML is exactly the same as the YCL one other than served in ceramic... It might even be better since the YCL crew won't care enough to inadvertently unwrap the entree.
