yea if the FA uniform regulations dont allow for pocket square, they cant wear it.
Same as for different colored shoes, outer wear, watches etc.
FA uniform regulations can be quite strict.

That’s surprising. I’m trying to recall now but I think I’ve seen them maybe even as part of the standard FA uniforms on some airlines.
