Also never used points for CM Biz, it's simply not worth it when you can buy a discount econ ticket and bid to upgrade, and the fact that (at least in my experience) their load factors are often quite low and I almost always have an open seat next to me or the whole row in Y. The notable exceptions are the US routes, SFO/LAX I've found are generally fairly full.

Depending on where you're trying to go you used to be able to get awards on Avianca Costa Rica, for some reason AP hadn't blocked those, worth a shot if you're flying to the right places.
