They usually don't offer it spontaneously, but never seem surprised when I ask for it. If I remember correctly, I have read on this board that it is provided at the EWR and IAH hubs too. I cannot comment on that since checking-in at those stations I will be heading home (and usually don't need a concierge to direct me to my mansion
).
