This has EVERYTHING to do with stealing. The "limitation" is that the "vendor" you are paying, KVS, is
stealing data and providing it -- without authorisation -- to you for fee. As others have demonstrated, with proper GDS access -- access that comes with a fee -- one can obtain what you are looking for. KVS does not seem to wish to pay for the data so KVS can n
t provide it. Caveat emptor!
