Maglev to PVG is what about 8' ride and runs every 20', 60 RMB if memory serves me righ? You hook up with Metro at Longyan Rd.

Longyong Rd take line 2 to either Nanjing Rd. E, can't remember the fare but likely 4-5 RMB. You do have to take your luggage up and down several sets of escalators / stairs and then make the hike to the hotel. Or take the Taxi/Didi from Longyong road, probably about 80 RMB to the Bund area.

Metro/Maglev gives you a different view of how Shanghai people travel and a peek into the commuter crowd, worth doing for just the cultural experience if you have time.

The other option is Ego Bus that does both from airport and also hotel pickup, I think they run about 60 RMB

Taxi can't be beat from hotel to PVG or back, about 170-180 RMB and 40-50' depending on traffic.
