ANA's 747s for domestic services are configured a lot different from their international versions. They used to have all Y jumbo with over 500 seats. I believe ANA occasionally uses international equipment for domestic services, though.
For a mileage run, I would choose either KIX or ITM, both under the Osaka city designator. They are shorter than F U K routes and frequent enough and I would assume cheaper, too. F U K has an added competition from a new carrier but I don't know if competition is strong enough to reduce prices.
