I am wondering if it’s because I have used the hold too many times . I have held bookings abt 6 times in a row without finalizing them as I was waiting for a redemption flight to come through (which never did). It doesn’t appear to be time related as I tried holding a Booking for April , which I managed to hold 2weeks ago, and again no hold button in the payment page . I finally did a paid flight to see if it reset whatever should have been reset, but still no hold button. Maybe I’m being punished for using the hold too many times ?
