Disgusting. I checked in at the Athenee for a friend yesterday which was rather pleasant. There is a shortage of professional staff in the hospitality industry in BKK which is a huge problem for the hotels. The good people pretty much have a pick and I know of 3 individuals that quit the Park Hyatt just a few months after it opened.
