Maybe an un-attended minor or Pets could be done at the kiosk, as that’s just not allowed to deter kids/pets going in without speaking to an agent and going through the proper documentation, but a United kiosk couldn’t process a paper ticket or answer any ticketing questions and if it says agent assistance is needed because the ticket is corrupted, then a United kiosk can go no further.
