I have been at the Hilton Warwick for a couple of days (a place that is remarkably unchanged from my last visit in 2004 when it was far from fresh in decor).

in a first in any Hilton brand I was told that I didn't get a daily free bottled water top up simply one still and sparking per stay. Is this how far Hilton standards have fallen?
