Removed from exit row
Hi all,

Last May we (party of 3) booked a flight in economy LHR-ZRH departing this Sat. One of us is silver, we reserved seats in the exit row (row 10). This morning we were shifted to row 6 (same aircraft, 10 is still the exit). I just checked and now we're in row 14. What's the point in having silver seat selection when they do this?
