Upon boarding I just show my card during Zone #2.
(Even though the Boarding Pass reads zone 9).

I've found this is the only time I use my OnePass card.
(except when on-line check-in fails and I have to use a kiosk... which usually makes me go to a reluctant agent anyway!)
