I’ve heard of the counters working and the kiosks not, and I’ve heard of them both being down, but never the counters down and the kiosk up.

What would have happened if some oddball showed up with a paper ticket, or a minor, or someone looking to buy a ticket? Or, what about a SSSS passenger that the kiosk rejects? That could have created a very dicey situation....
