Advice for connecting flight at PMI

Hi all
I was wondering if you would be able to give me some advice if possible.
In March, I have the following flights booked:
  • FR6031 - EMA to PMI with Ryanair at 7.00am, arriving at PMI at 10.30am.
  • IB8498 - PMI to MAH at 2.00pm with Iberia. When I booked it, it said that this flight is operated by Air Nostrum, although on my boarding pass it says operated by ‘Iberia Lineas Aereas’.
I’m not worried about the connection time as that seems to be more than enough, but I did have a couple of questions re. when we are at PMI.
  • My boarding pass for the Iberia flight does not state a terminal, does anyone know which one it would be? And does anyone know which terminal Ryanair fly into?
  • Does anyone know how it would work in terms of passport control? I have a British passport, and wondered whether I would do passport control in Palma or whether that would just be in Mahon?
  • Is there anywhere nice in PMI to go for some lunch in between the flights?
Sorry for the many questions, I’ve never done a connecting flight before in Europe, I’m just not sure how it works in the airport itself! We go to MAH often but at this time of year it’s difficult to find direct flights with good timings. We are flying direct back, although we don't land in the UK until almost midnight, which will be interesting for work the next day.

Thank you in advance for your help.
