The information you're after is easily searchable, as it's been discussed several times. Did you try a search? Anyways, here's the info...

The STPC hotels are either Best Western Incheon or Royal Hotel Seoul. The Royal Hotel Seoul is much nicer, but I think the last shuttle for that hotel leaves the airport around 6:45pm. If you arrive late and/or depart early the next day, you're better off at Incheon, although there's not a whole lot to do there.
