Thanks...I'm very aware of HFP, and the Gold 'perks' etc. I was more interested in the other differences there may be....like your example we are discussing . i.e. Why book with one over the other.....are there any particular reasons, etc., and I'm aware of differences in the calendar of both/all, and lower redemption costs using Iberia, but ultimately, why, for example, would you choose BA over Avios.com or vice versa of course ?
