No. That would violate two rules (at least)
  1. The second visit would have to be in conjunction with travel from Europe/Middle East to South West Pacific (or v.v.); and your routing would be Europe/Middle East - Asia - Africa
  2. Rule regarding continuous travel Eastbound or Westbound
    4(b) Travel must be in a continuous forward direction between TC1 - TC2 - TC3.
    Your itinerary would be TC2->TC3->TC1->TC2->TC3->TC2
