Just as an FYI, one has no way of knowing (without inside information) how many additional reservations UA is willing to take in F based on these data for this flight. All one can know for sure is that i) there are at least 9 reservations available to be sold (could be 9 could be 99) and ii) that there are 16 unassigned seats in the F cabin. What one does not know is iii) how many reservations have been sold but not assigned seats and iv) how oversold UA is willing to go on this flight. I agree with your assessment that the flight is "wide open" based on these data but just wanted to make sure others realize the less than perfect publicly available data that makes determining how many actual seats will be open at departure impossible.
