An hour connection between AS and HA should be doable at SAN, especially in the morning. The OP is coming off a E75, which deplanes quicker than the 737s. It’s about a 7-8 minute walk from AS to the T2 East checkpoint where HA is. I’ve never waited in the regular security line over there, but with Pre, it’s usually pretty quick. That checkpoint is usually really busy in the morning, then it’s fairly calm. If OP is in a wheelchair, security lines shouldn’t be an issue since they normally cut the lines. Just tell your pusher not to mess around and to move quickly.

There’s always the AS nonstop to HNL. It leaves around 1030a, and could be a good backup plan. Enjoy Kauai!
