UA's SFO lounge situation is totally pathetic. A big part of why DL now gets all my NYC business. Their SFO SkyClub is fantastic.

And while I haven't yet been in one, AA's Flagship Lounges are reported to be comparable to the Polaris lounges. Additionally, AC has a new premium lounge at YYZ which sounds better than Polaris.
