I'd co-sign Castel Fragsburg - thanks, SD1K, for the rec! - as it is absolutely lovely. I believe, on our road tour, we then went from there to Rosapetra in Cortina, which we enjoyed, though it's not the height of luxury, before moving on to Slovenia.
