I find it amusing that the forum is COVERED in ads for Alaska Airlines but people still can’t get the name right. Apparently they are wasting their money...



In answer to OP, if they rely on oneworld benefits in any capacity, switching loses them (except for LHR lounge access). Also, nobody knows the future in this forum; partners come and go. If their travel patterns are changing to make the most sense on Alaska and losing oneworld won’t be too much of a blow, it might make sense.
