I will be arriving at IAH airport at midnight 23:41pm

Reading through sleepingatairport website, there are comments like:

The airport is open 24 hours, but if you are not already inside the airport during night hours, you will be locked out until 4:00AM.

After security checkpoints close for the night, passengers are restricted to landside only. Passengers sleeping airside will be required to go back to landside until security reopens, and will need to clear security again to re-enter.

A large variety of dining options. 24-hour dining is available in Terminal B.

The above comments seems to be contradicting.

I know that there are 5 terminals (Terminals A, B, C, D and E), are the comments related to a specific terminal? Do I need to exit the restricted area (airside) after my arrival and re-enter for the connecting flight the next morning?

Anyone has experience and can verify the facts?
