Hi,

I booked a Qatar airways flight (via BA.com) with Avios from Manchester to Bangkok (Business outward, Economy return)

I just called BA and asked to change my return leg to a BA flight from Singapore to Manchester (Business)

BA customer service told me that:

A) I could not change the return leg
B) I cannot cancel the return leg and have my points and taxes refunded (for the return leg only)

Is the information she gave me correct? I thought avios flights booked via Ba.com were totally flexible.

The only option she gave me was to cancel the whole booking and refund of points and taxes (but my outgoing flight no longer has availability)
