I would have taken the earlier shuttle. MSP has enough early flights that security lines that early can take a while. Do you have pre-check, or are you in "Clear". Last time I left Minneapolis, security took me nearly an hour even with precheck, mostly because there were tons of people people in the 'clear' lane that kept merging in towards the front (often, very rudely too, such that a string of 10 passengers would elbow and bag-block anyone from the precheck lane from merging in.) And, as MSPEconomists mentions, depending on Supershuttle adds a level of uncertainty (last I used them, they lost my reservation and I got to the airport a hour later than planned).

Isn't the terminal being renovated? That always makes more nervous too.
