I flew Thai economy from Phuket to Hong Kong. The legroom was decent and the young crews are adorable; very friendly / warm. Outside the plane they wear Western clothes but change into beautiful Thai dresses on board. Food was also decent for the 3 hour flight. The one way fare was about US$250 but I used United Award of 17,500 miles. A pretty good deal.
Thai's domestic fares though are a lot higher than Air Asia (cheapest), Bangcock Airways the 2nd highest.
