I think it would be quite difficult to go to Terminal 1 if your flight arrives and departs in Terminal 2, as I can't imagine the airport employees understanding the concept of going to a different terminal just to try the lounge (as important it is for us, we're hardly "normal" )

Re. the seats... Seat 1K (which can be booked after a "You have booked a bassinet seat" system warning, contrary to 1A/C which are reserved for VIP until check-in release) gives you the most privacy while in the upright position.

However, for sleeping, if you don't want anyone behind your row when you're in full recline, row 5 is not bad either. When I went on my flights, the cabin was rather empty so I took seat 1K when I was awake, then went to 5A to sleep
