Having flown both airlines in F very
recently Intl. I prefer UA without question.
The NH (ANA) food and service is better than
UA. I am a seat comfort kinda person.
Sleep is my number one objective on these
flights. You may wish to do NH to NRT based
upon your stated needs then UA to SIN. The
NH seat pitch intra Asia in F is bad. Not
full flat. You get the seat but not the
pitch especially on the 777 they have be
possible depending on how you are getting
ticket. Regards
