I just noticed a new 4P listed in Siena, Italy. Couldn't find any information on FT, but Google seems to think this is the Hotel Degli Ulivi. Pictures look decent, and reviews are ok -- large rooms, decent breakfast, lots of tour groups. Currently listed as Cat 1, which could be a great deal with cash rates of >EUR150 in peak summer months. Anyone have any insights?
