Send DL a copy of your mother's death certificate and a copy of your letters of administration (or whatever your executor's appointment is called in the state where her estate was probated. Simply reference that she is deceased, that you are the executor and that you wish the account closed.

How is DL to know who you are and that you are her executor if you are logging into her account and sending web traffic?
