Sorry, I can't agree. It should be subject to no different regulations than its peer group.

Should the guy pumping my gas at Petro-Canada have to offer English or French service? Should Petro-Canada be forced to have installations in certain cities?

If I call Sprint Canada to order home phone service, should every agent be forced to speak English and French? Should Sprint have been forced to provide service to unprofitable communities?

If I go to Sleep Country Canada should the same apply? Why buy a mattress anywhere else?
