Was first offered to be product changed to no-AF card. Counter-offered for annual fee waiver, which was accepted. Was also offered 5K points for $1,000 spend in 90 days.

Funnily enough, the rep offered some "handy tips" on how to meet the spend bonus, e.g., paying utility bills with the card.
