For those on this thread not familiar with history and delicacy of Cantonese wanton noodles, They are all bite size pieces for a reason, the balance between flavours, texture and the feel in the mouth. The Noodle portion, is exactly one wanton, one spoon of noodles. The traditional bowl is four wanton at the bottom topped with nine "chin" (a traditional weight measurements unit) on top.

They are not meant as a filling lunch.
At the upper streets of Central people are lining up for value and filling lunch.

There is more skills required in the making of the traditional size vs the "super-sized" lunch fillers.
