Thanks for the advice jackal, I’m not asking for them to put a pair of winter tyres a Cruze just for me as I understand that not going to happen, what I’m asking for is a car that is the same size of a Cruze or bigger/similar with winter tyres as that what we paid for in the first place.

I have already talked with a manager at budget YYC and was point right told there nothing they can do for me, and he can’t offer me a partial refund as I already got a great price on the rental for the 10 days and they would be losing money if they refunded me anything else. I was told my only option would be to cancel my booking but there would be a $50 processing fee for doing that. It makes no sense for me to do that at this point as my opinions are limited at due to the time frame left before arriving in Calgary in a few weeks and I would end of paying more for a car without the winter tyres.
