This is due to magnetic variation. The magnetic north is changing very slowly over the years. The runways are not exactly north/south but they are closer to the 360°/180° line than to the 010°/190° line at the moment. The opening of the Polderbaan apparently was a good moment to change the numbers on the other runways, too (Aalsmeerbaan and Zwanenburgbaan). I'm sure
